You can order these parts at pretty much any local auto parts store.

a VE30DE is a pain to find gaskets for.
Felpro does NOT make ANY gaskets for it at all. and that cuts out about half the parts stores right there.
TB gasket is dealer, intake set and valve cover are available aftermarket in Corteco (the Brand I stock) and maybe a couple of other companies.
I didn't stay with Napa long enough to see if their gasket line had the correct VE gaskets

well felpro does have a couple of gaskets for the ve but not as much as for vg. all the gaskets i have gotten so far have been beck&arnley (oem)
i did them plenum today. will upload pix later. will be going to back over it to make mods.

In my experience NAPA has the VG valve cover gaskets in their system for the VE. That was my local NAPA, though. I looked right at the computer with the guy. He handed me the gaskets and later on when I opened up the box, it was for a VG. When I called up the dealership for the VE gaskets, the price was like 4x higher than I had tried to pay for the VGs (took them back).

For all of the other stuff, I had to go through the dealership. It took like 4-5 days to get the IACV gasket. There are probably only a handful of places in the country that have those. My dealership told me they had to get them from Sacramento. Even the Portland dealerships were out of them.

Previously, when I talked about cleaning the IACV, I highly recommended that anyone who works on a VE engine get the gaskets IN HAND FIRST before starting any work. My car sat there for almost a week before I could finish up.

I recommend getting all gaskets for the VE from the dealer..This eliminates all confusion of getting the correct parts..most of the major chain parts stores have the ve/vg confused[not to mention, they are mostly idiots in these stores]...i have went through hell getting correct gaskets/seals in the past from autozone/advanced/others for my ve engine...

Yes,the dealer will be more expensive, but in the end you are just about guaranteed the correct oem parts..It's just less hassle in the end..

My NAPA guys are actually smart and cool to deal with, but I think their computers are screwy or the companies they get stuff mislabel/mislead them. I wouldn't expect them to know precisely what parts are for what, since they deal with so many types of cars and probably very, very few Maximas.

I agree that the dealership is the right choice, just because they will have the right parts and gasket prices aren't going to vary a lot, anyway. It's just a few bucks more on them.

However, my dealership is dumber than the NAPA dealership. First, they told me there was "no such thing" as a KS sub-harness. (I came back with the part number later, but bought it from Courtesy, anyway). Then, they told me that you "couldn't order" a VTC rebuild kit. I never bothered to argue about it.

Felpro as of 2006 did not make even 1 gasket for the VE.
they listed the VE in the catalog, right next to the VG30DE, but EVERY gasket was for the VG30DE.

You can also buy a sheet of gasket paper and make your own IACV gasket. It's not that hard and since they don't see exhaust or much gas they don't need to be special. I used the thicker, dark grey paper.
