Rear parallel link bushings

Do I need to drop the rear crossmember to replace the bushings or does the long bolt slip out under the crossmember?

If you are doing the inner bushings then yes, you need to drop the crossmember...It's not too hard, just 5 bolts.

Did you get the job done? Hopefully you replaced the rubber bushings with polyuretane pieces.

I'm going to do it this weekend. Yes, poly from courtsey nissan. Since I am using poly, can I torque the bolts before I lower the car, or do I still have to put the wheels down and then torque.

with poly you can torque it while its still in the air. With rubber bushings you have to have the car down because there is no give to the rubber bushing and you can tear it if you torque it while its in the air and then set it down.

With Poly the bushings move freely and it doesnt matter when you torque it because you will not tear it.
