Does carparts.com always take a long time to ship...or is it just me?

I like ordering from them b/c i can get some good deals. But on average It's been about 10 days for me. They give you an order number that you can ups track! which is convienent.

I ordered my Pacesetter STS from them at the start of April, and they told me May 1 for the ship date. It didn't get sent out until June.

some of the stuff ships directly from them and some of the stuff ships from their wharehouse(takes longer). my KYBs only took a week to 10 days to get to me in MD....but then a few months ago my CV boots took almost 2-3+ weeks...when I order from carparts.com I'm not satisfied until my part is on my doorstep cause eventhough you order it who knows when you'll get it! but like Eric said use the UPS tracking #, it'll give you some peace of mind!

I ordered a set of Tokicos from carparts.com.....the rear ones were shipped immediately, but I got a notice that the front struts had to be ordered and would not be shipped until july 11th. So july 11th rolls around, and I get a tracking number for them. The day they are to be delivered I come home from work to find that only one side had been delivered; the other side was MIA. UPS didn't know where it was -- to them the tracking number for it said it had been delivered. Turns out carparts screwed up somehow and now the other side will be shipping early next week. One month and a 1/2 dozen phone calls later and I still don't have a full set of Tokicos. Arghh!

they hit you with "your parts will be shipped in SEPERATE packages" bull****, they did that a while ago when I ordred some APC bulbs from them. Its kinda ridiculous when they have to ship 4 colored 1157 bulbs seperately...freaking IDIOTS!!! thats why despite if I have the UPS number or not, I'm never satified till everything is on my doorstep! but your situation sucks really bad man, they only sent you 3 Toks...if that was me, it be time to "blow some **** up!"
