I am about to try this. What areas should I avoid spraying? And how do I rinse? Anybody done this lately? I have some stuff called "Foamy Engine Brite"

 

if youve never degreased before, which it sounds like u havent, id say just sprey it all over the top of the engine and let it sink down just to get allthe crud out thats been building up all these years. your valves might click for an hour or two of driving, but it will fix itself. next time u want to clean it tho just use water if u can
