FYI. Under my TB thread people talked about Extrude Hone. Here's the reply from them. I personally can't wait for a three week turnaround nor do I have spare parts. I suppose a salvage yard might be a good start.

Dear Gary:

Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for the delay. The cost to process the intake is $395.00 and the head is $585.00, plus shipping. The parts are run separately so you can process one or the other or both. Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks. If you have further questions please call or email me.

Hmmm.....

but wouldn't you actually want to port match and polish the manifolds rather than just extrude hone which I've herad only shines the walls and removes carbon deposits!? I'm sure local auto/machine shops have the same ability and probably for an equal price!
