Hiya guys,

I have an 89 Nissan Maxima and I live in NYC, I need to know which Hayden Tranny Cooler I should buy and if there are any accessories that I need to go along with it. I have an SE model and it is an automatic transmission. What is the best size/model that I should get for nice smooth shifting without any problems down the line.

I already saw that sticky but I really am not that mechanical, I just want to know in your opinion which would be the best one for my car. I drive A LOT and want to know which is the best one. Please if you can.

 

IMO stay away from the Hayden coolers. they are pretty cheaply made..looks flimsly. look for a decent B&M cooler or a Earl's cooler.

my man, re read that "sticky" that Chris suggested you to read in the first place! there is a quote in there by Matt93GXE, its tells exactly what cooler is optimal for which car...its real easy to follow! take another look....

im your area and im using the hayden 403...didnt notice a difference but in the back of my mind i know its benefiting the tranny

 

I take it your in NYC...

I recommend the B&M coolers over all of them... I am running the 19000 GVW and it's bigtime overkill... try to find one that is about 12000 GVW or less
