I've slowly been doing my own mods and now i would like to make my own custom grill but i'm not sure about the material to use or if there is going to be any probs if theres not enuf air flow to the rad any comments would be appreciated

the trend seems to be using the gutter mesh which can be found at you local hardware stores like home depot etc...

 

do you know of any pics that i could look at

 

hmmm...not off the top of my head. im sure people will be posting them when they see this. there are tons of custom grilles out there
