Ok, I'm really frustrated now. I've had my CAI for almost 3 weeks and it's still not installed. I don't have the confidence to do it on my own (no tools either)and I also don't want to pay a mechanic to do a sloppy job and over charge me. But most importantly I want to be able to have some part in the installation so that I could learn.

If you live the DC area and can help me, I'll pay you $50 bucks for the help.
