My friend is having a problem with the usual stuck climate control lever. I told him to lube it through the slot with some grease. I have read in FAQ's, that you get a Q-tip and some grease and start applying. I am not sure I have the correct grease...would Vasoline work? And how much do you think I would need to do the job? Would a blob the size of a pee be enough? Thanks for your help.

I believe Bryan91se was the one who thought of that

yeah, vasoline would be fine and a pea-sized amonut should be enough, maybe use a little more
you dont want to put too much, just enough to make a light coating over the plastic guides
