question

is my axel ,cv boot a reason my steering wheel shakes at highway speeds

could be, or low tire inflation. do u hear a clicking noise in turns?

no ,i dont hear clicking ,and my tires are ok...i remeber my cuzins mazda had his axel boot replaced and it help his wheel shaking problem ,but im not 100%sure

it could be, my friends max didnt shake at high speeds, but under braking, his axels were warped, so iunno, it would be worth checking out.

Your wheel balance is the most likely cause. If it is out slightly you will notice it the most at higher speeds.
