Ausie Eye Candy...

Why on Earth did NISSAN not import a RWD MAXIMA? Don't they know that people modify to the hilt once they buy a car? See what we could do if we drove on the left side of the road!.....

Wow.... Like that skyline too. Is that a Cefiro ir one of those 4dr skylines? The back end sure looks like a 3rd gen but the rear doors are a lot different. Also the exhaust is on the wrong side. In RHD countries, are the gas tank fillers also on the right side? Cuz that would explain the exhaust situation.

The Cefiro uses the RB series engines like the Skyline. Usually 2 or 2.5L with the 2.0L being the turbo version. I don't recall the Cefiro using the 2.5 Turbo motor.

It is totally different to the Maxima during that era and shouldn't be confused as one. During that time you could buy a Cefiro or a Maxima. It has only been since the US 4th Gen that the Japanese Cefiro has been similar to the "Maxima".

RHD cars have the filler on the LHS (i.e. US drivers side).

Brent.
