running rich, any ideas?
Make sure its running rich by pulling the plugs. You'll smell fuel on the plugs and they will have a heavy sooty deposit on them. Also look for black smoke when you accelerate. Usually if you are running rich your fuel economy will be affected.
Have you replaced your O2 sensor lately? is your car running cold?(themostat stuck open)
Make sure the vacuum line is hooked up to your fuel pressure regulator, and that it gives you 36 psi at idle and 43 psi with the vacuum disconnected. Thats all the ideas I have for you. I wish I had a problem of running rich.
