front strut tower bar.
ties the front two strut towers together for a stronger chassie. more stable handling since in a hard turn the towers tends to push inward..the FSTB prevents that.

Just to add to dans reply...

Its also the cheapest and easiest to install handling mod you can do to your car!!! Courtesy Bar is well worth it!!!
