Fixed my power seats the other day. Bought my car with it not being able to move the bum rest horizontally.

The problem?? Found a twenty cent (Australian) coin stuck in the rotating seat joint (where the seat belt buckle is). Apparantely it got stuck in the power seat running tray.

Amasing what a coin can do and cause.

Anyway had to remove the centre console where the gear shift and hand brake is, to get to unscrew the casing for the seat joint and get to the coin with pliers.
