How do I clean a popcharger?

How do I clean a popcharger?

I think mine is do for an intense cleaning, but I dont know what kind of materials Im going to need?

go to pep boys or something and get a k&n cleaning kit. the instructions are on the box!

wipe away dirt w/ a [B]SOFT[B] paint brush
spray cleaner on.. let it sit for 30min-hour
in a sink w/ cool & low h2o pressure rinse the dirt from the inside out.
Let it sit in a warm, not hot, place for 6-8 hours.

the key is not to stretch the cotton element.

I had set up a fan ~10 feet away on low to keep moving air past it to help it dry faster.
