BTW, dual Apex'i N1 or a similar muffler would probably fit, or an oval one..

so just mount a non functional muffler and you'll have the look. why do the whole thing if you're not looking for a performance gain

yeah. . .even if it isn't efficient, i just can't stand it not being functional. It might actually help with emissions too. we'll see. . . .

And the point of having clear corners/wings/body kits/aftermarket mufflers/different headlight bulbs/etc would be?

mods are for SAFETY of course

wings/bodykits - better aerodynamics so your car is more stable
clear corners - so people can see your bulbs better
aftermarket mufflers - to help with emissions on an older car that didn't have that kind of muffler technology when it was built
different headlight bulbs - so you can see road obstacles better
wheels/tires - better handling in case of emergency swerves or obstacle avoidance
radio/speakers - so you can get better reception and clearer radio announcements regarding weather and traffic so you can be a better driver
corner rewire - so people to the side of your car can see your turn signals blink too

did you think people bought/did these things just to make their car go faster or look better?? newbie

How would a new muffler help with emissions? Wouldn't it be a newer cat.?
Aftermarket muffler=louder exhaust=excess noise=failed state inspection.
