Not as of yet,but i doubt they will,the warranty only covers replacement of defective lines,not refunds.

Meh,no biggie,my old oem lines will work fine until i purchase some goodridge lines. I may even go with some new oem's from nissan.

I'd suggest letting them know that these failures are symptomatic of a quality control issue and you will be letting the DOT know if it isn't handled to your satisfaction
