Another Maxima!

So today i picked up my second maxima, its a red 92 fully loaded with everything. i mean it, auto climate control that works, power leathger seats (beige) bose, WORKING hood struts, good tires rims paint, rare if any dents, abs that works perfectly, new ceramic pads and resurfaced rotrs and recent brake flush. Receipts for it all, bought it for $100 from a co-worker. It needs the following,

door lock timer

exhaust manifold stud replacement (front studs which is easier)

possible other exhaust work- its loud

idle pretty good but it sort of sputters to life on start up

needs a head unit and speakers, it has front bose but no head or rear speakers

and one more important thing,

the turn signals do not work.

The side lamp gets bright but no turn signals, and no turn signal arrow in the dash, so basically nothing related to the turn signals exept side lamps work. ( i just flash the side lamp to turn its good enough for now....)

So how do i fix the turn signal problem or trouble shoot it?

Any body got sum cheap parts that i need for it?

il attach sum pics and video of it running ....

$100?! How is that possible? I would give more than that for power leather alone.

Start checking all fuses/bulbs. I have an old Panasonic CD/mp3 head unit if you want to purchase it.

yea id say it was a deal, the leather is pretty good except the drivers seat has a rip by the door wher ur lower back is but i wanna switch black leather and door panels in. The carpet is dirty, really dirty, any one know any good ways to clean it or good products?

Also, update, the turn signals fuse was blown and flasher switch harness was disconnected, fixed those and now they work fine. Horn wires had correded off the horn, cleaned em and stuck them back in (temp.) and now horn works.

Does anyone have a 92 bose head unit lying around? i have front speakers but no rears (altho i have amps) and no head unit. I was tihnking about swaping in new speakers and a headunit from my other 92 (non bose) but id really like to have it stock (and bose). i reset the keypad code and all that, but my door lock timer is disconnected, im assuming it wasnt working right (as i disconnected mine before when it wasnt working) so maybe i can solder that.....

i have to say i love this car.

For the turn signals your Hazard switch is either bad or disconnected OR the bulbs can be bad, how are the rear turn signals?

You need to flush your brake fluid, it was BLACK and it was LOW. Everything else is fine but I dont think your brake system is as good as you make it sound until you flush it.

100 bucks not 1,000, I'd slap him if he paid 1,000 although it is fully loaded.

I have used my spare 92 non bose radio to power the front speakers thur the amps, and it seems to work well. The speakers are very loud and secured well. when i accelerate u can hear an electrical whine but small price to pay. also when i turn the radio on or off u hear a pop, im guessing bad amps?

also i need to fix the climate controls screen. It keeps doing that dimming junk. I took it apart but all solderings looked good. Bad capacitors maybe?
