I'm wondering exactly what type of sealant is used at the door and hood hinges, fender tabs, ect.. It doesn't seem like regular silicone or RTV sealant considering it seems to have realitively strong bonding properties. I can't find any mention of it in the FSM, usually in the diagrams there will be a little symbol noting the need to apply grease for example. I assume it's used to avoid friction, noise, rust, or all three.. Does anyone know for sure? It's time to finally replace my smashed up doors..

Will do, thanks. Hit up ebay to find the models, it's hard to find them though, you have to be persistant in your searching.
