thanks, i was gonna get the kit painted when i first got it but i was so inpatient on waiting to put it on that i just went ahead and installed it without painting it and its been like that ever since. maybe when i decide to give it a new paint job i'll either paint the kit or leave it alone.

Just a quick question. Are 17" rims better for a 3rd gen or 18"?

i've heard that in terms of a balance of light weight and stiffness, 16s will give you the best cornering. 17s are stiffer but the added unsprung weight ends up unsettling the balance.

so i've heard.

I REALLY like those rims. If they didn't weigh so much I'd get a set. Maybe I'll invest in a set for my winter rims! The are the perfect look, IMO. I like them way better than the G35 rims. I wonder if anyone makes a lightweight set?

I'm running on 235-40-18's, and the ride is kinda rough....but I'm also lowered and have stiff konis, so it's hard for me to judge.
