Look @ my homemade antitheft kit
no im not talking about my gun closet
Its more like a kill switch. I got bored yesterday while I was painting the dash in my SE. I decided to make a kill switch
but rather then trying to hide it I thought why not just make it a key switch?
So after looking at the ignition harness I looked at the clutch and thought that putting a switch in the clutch bypass line would be easier. so I cut the wire and ran a wire from each end I cut to the center console by the shifter. then I attached it to the key switch and soldered all the conections. and while I was at it I put a red light up toggle switch on each side (1 for in car neons 1 for underbody neons.) the switch is really cool looking (mabey I just think it is but hey) now my console looks really hi tech. so now to start the car you have to put the key in and turn the switch to the on position ( its good because you dont have to leave the key in.)
I know its not fool-proof but it does the job. anyways just thought id share. We also put one in my friends car for his NOS system.

No you dont have to turn both you can just leave it on
but lets say if you have to park your car some where just set it to the off position. but if your at a gas station you could leave it on the on position. And im gonna put the NOS switch (open throttle) where the Power comfort switch for the autos is and im gonna use a key switch. or mabey ill put it under this key switch.
