horizontal aiming is the long long long bolt that passes to the inside of the bulb mounts. it comes through the radiator support beam i believe. anyhow just get an 8mm and worm the ratchet down in there. it may be easier to remove something but i forget what is in its way.

tip: apply some lubrication(engine oil, pb blaster, NOT wd-40) to the gears and anywhere that moves along the adjuster path. this'll prevent breaking them, if they are siezed up.

Wish someone told me that when I was adjusting mine...I broke one of those gears and ended up just taking it off and turning the bolt with a pair of pliers.

whatup... Adjusting these headlights are a close compromise between beam pattern and flushness/plumbness to the body.

IMO First get them flush with the body as best as possible and then tweak the pattern while keeping in mind the fitting.

I had to bend a few things like the grille brackets to make the lights/grille sit more flush.
