What option for lowering car for under $400??

I have doen some searches and kinda have a general idea of price.. I know that the sprint springs are the cheapest and the lowest drop.. I think they are going for 136 or something at Impactparts.com..

I am wondering what shoxs/struts i should go with and what are the prices?? I think kybs are the cheapest if I'm right. IF so where are they for sell for the cheapest price.

Hopefully I wil be able to lower my max for less than 400 and stll have a decent ride and quality stuff...
