Windshield Washer Nozzle Adjustment

Is there any way to adjust the height / angle that the windshield washer nozzles spray fluid onto the windshield? My driver side nozzle shoots too high and I have heard they are adjustable on some cars. I would tend to believe this since the nozzle used to spray the right spot.

it's adjustable. there's a square bit that fits in the center hole and you can make adjustment w/ that tool.

You can also use a pin but you gotta be real careful not to break it, as it will permanently plug the hole. But if the nozzle is lose enough then that should do it.

mine got clogged with wax over the years. when i used a pin to unclog them, i found that i could move them around and aim them better.

While we are on the topic of windshield wiper sprayers, does anyone know where the pump is located on the SE? I believe that it might be on its last leg as there is very little pressure judging by the very weak stream coming from the dispensers.

on all 3rd gens it's beneath the coolant tank (non-ABS maxima) or the ABS solenoid-spidery-looking-thing (ABS maxima.. in case you couldn't figure it out haha). To access it, pull away the black plastic fender from in front of the wheel. mine had no screws holding it in so i can peel it away as i please. but yours will have a couple screws to remove to peel the fender away from in front of the wheel then you can access it. I replaced my motor w/ a pullthrough unit, but you may replace the motor with OE if one is available to you. I have one on the parts car but i forgot if it works or not.

Thanks man. Any idea as to how much a new pump would run or is it better to find one at the boneyard?
