Car is running rough sounds like a misfire but when at idle the rpms don't fluctuate. If floored it seems to smooth out but still loss of power and ocassionally takes off like it should. What I mean is running good when floored but then like it down shifts or a 20 shot of nitrous kicks in. It doesn't seem to be hurting the mileage at all and im lost. Changed plugs, wires and fuel filter.

NGK? if not, ... http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/12

Cap is missing from your list. (You may be sold multiple cracked new caps)... then MAF - loose oxidized connector(s) - bad distr grounding.

If no help, try exercising/cleaning the injectors - driving few miles 5000rpm, or use some cleaner (to get possible gunk moving) ... just might give more miles before swap.

I know this sounds crazy but also check battery and clean connections. If its not:

plugs
wires
dist cap & rotor
MAF
coolant temp sensor
broken or worn vac lines

then its prolly an injector..

no thats not crazy low voltage can cause some weird issues. Already went through that it turned out to be an altenator then.

just to add make sure that the injectors don't have the green corrosion on both the injector harness and injector. if it does just clean it off with battery acid. just use an old tooth brush and clean it with that and just let air dry and plug back into injector and test drive.
