Anyone with a vg30 Unorthodox undrive pulley remember the belt sizes? It's been awhile since i had to purchase new one's and the ones that are on now are gassing themselves and deteriorating so the number on the belts are hard to read

you could take them in to be sized, if nobody can recall. they should be able to compensate for stretching and what-not. napa, AZ, advance, they all should be able to help you out(barring some jackass who thinks the computer is gOD and infallible.)

lucky you...i just changed my belts last week. i had to contact UR because i couldn't find the info anywhere.
• Alternator Belt – Use Gates K040292 (29.34” or 755MM), alternate belt size use K040300 (30.75” or 780MM)
• Water Pump and Power Steering Belt – Use Gates K040395 (40.25” or 1020MM)
• Air Conditioning Belt – Use Gates K040460 (46 5/8” or 1185MM), alternate belt size use K040450 (45.75” or 1160MM)

i used the k040292, k040395, and k040450. the only place that still sells gates belts around me was napa.

an underdrive pulley uses non-standard sized belts so that catalog won't help him.

Neither. Gates (nor any other belt manufacturer) lists non-stock sizes in their catalog by application.

All belt manufacturers simply make multiple sizes of belts. They're listed by number of ribs for serpentine or whether they're V-Belt. Then they just make differing lengths.

The catalog just lists what belt they make that fits your factory supplied belt arrangement. Different manufacturers may list slightly different length belts for the same factory set up. This is because they're picking the closest fit from what they already make.

If you change the pulley sizes (underdrive pulley sets for instance) then what the catalog says won't match what you need. Usually, you can just use the belt catalog to pick a couple belts that are a size or two shorter then stock.
