Cylinder Head source?

Guys:
Continuing the "Blown Headgasket?" thread. Pulled the heads today and discovered that my head gaskets were fine. Unfortunately the right (firewall side) cylinder head is cracked. I would appreciate any cylinder head resources for replacement. After acquiring the necessary cylinder head I will also replace:
all belts
Timing belt (looks fairly new)
cam seals (leaking badly)
water pump
I emailed Courtesy Nissan for a quote on the necessary gaskets. (valve-grind set, plenum gaskets, exhaust gaskets)
I emailed the following places this evening for a quote:
Alabama Cylinder Heads Exchange
Cylinder Heads International

Cylinder Heads Online
Cylinder Head.com

Buy a new head. Because if you get it repaired, I have heard they dont last too long.
