Possible Cheap Solution

Put a bottle of "Guarantee to Pass" or any other emission reducer in you gas tank. Drive until empty. Refill gas tank and drive on highway for at least 10 minutes to warm up the catalytic converter. Keep the engine running all the times before they dyno your car. I've tried this trick and it worked for me.
