fix the control arm problems first(including bushings), then go to a shop to have it aligned.
if you still want to do it yourself, again, fix the control arm problems.
toe is adjusted by adjusting the connecting rods from the steering rack.
caster is set, nothing you can do about it.
camber can be adjusted using camber bolts, or some after market struts have some adjustability on them.

camber can be set on stock struts... my camber is off b/c i didn't set it properly when putting my hubs back up to the struts. one hole is elongated, allowing for adjustability.

If you're asking these questions, you don't need to be doing the alignment by yourself. Please enlist the help of a professional.

That's how you learn, yes. But if the shop has decent alignment equipment, the computer that runs the alignment rack will have the specs and adjustment procedures built in. and your instructor should be able to adjust this car with one arm behind his back once he looks at it. it's extremely simple for someone who knows what they're doing- whether they've worked on a Maxima or not.
