Swapping radio and climate control

anyone done it?

also, would http://www.installer.com/item/displa...php?it=70-1764

work well with a aftermarket HU, but stock bose speakers. would it be future proof for adding new speakers as well?

Swapping the physical locaton of the H/U and climate control can be done and has been done, but you need to be careful when doing it because of the limited space for the climate control and it's cable lengths.
