Drum to Disc

I have Rear drums and i want to know what it would take to change them to discs. I've decided what performance mod i'm doing (Engine swap) and i'm wanting to have the power of 4wheel discs to slow my @#$ down when i see a cop!

i guess i got lucky because my GXE came with 4 wheel disc brakes. i don't see many that have them.
