A while ago I've seen a link of somebody here doing a beautiful projector retrofit into the stock housing with the clear euro lenses. I can't seem to find that thread by using the search. Anyone know if it's still even on the org?

cuz the OP didn't title the thread in any way that indicated what was in the thread. all the props in the world for the retro work... just could have used a more descriptive title for searching. which is why i found it by searching for posts by Onyx....
