corner lights/blinkers not working
corner lights/blinkers not working
on both sides of my car the corner lights stopped working after the passenger side of my 3rd gen max the both lights blew out, i tried replacing the bulbs on both sides. I checked the fuses and made sure it wasn't the blinker mod i did wasn't the problem. does anyone have an idea of whats going on?
Do your instrument panel lights light up? Could be your Stop Lamp Fuse, if that goes out, IIRC, your instrument panel, corners, and rear running lights won't work, so that may be worth checking out. Hopefully you don't have a short because that can be a ***** to sort out. And finally your left side lights/blinker steering wheel stalk may be faulty and in need of replacement.
Start with the stop lamp fuse.
Start with the stop lamp fuse.
Having a Similar Problem...
My Max got smacked on the passenger side front fender. Now none of my turn signals work (front or rear). I replaced that little black box thingy (sorry, true shade-tree mechanic talking here), the bulbs, hanesses, etc. and it didn't fix the problem. Every once in a while, for no apparent reason, the clicking sound of the turn signal (relay?) starts and then stops after a few seconds. I think I have a short. Any feedback helps...
