Question

I am thinking about replacing a lot of the suspension-related bushings in the Max with Polyurethane. Does anyone know of a kit that has them all (including control arm) for the 3rd Gen?

I don' think so. Energy suspension only has a jit for the 4th gens. I don't know of anybody else that sells them.

Kaleb's worked on this project and it's basically a no-go on the front suspension. the best thing to do is just replace the bushings with new OEM.

I.M.H.O, replacing the bushing with OEM spec is of questionable value. I did the work myself in the front and the back of my car and the difference is barely noticeable. Considering that you might need to find a machine press to get the back ones out, I am not sure if it is really worth the effort.

Since you have to take the sway bars off to do the replacment, why not replace them a set of suspension technique sway-bars? They are ~$130 each. http://www.lightningmotorsports.com/...techniques.htm

Be sure to talk to some people who have done it first. The word on the street is that you have to beef up the mounting points on the rear of the car first.
