My left rear did too, I think it's the motor, because I can hear it trying, but it won't move

if you can hear the motor, but the window doesn't move, 99% chance it's the regulator (search for regulator and you will find tons of info)
check my how-to page for info on how to replace it easily http://www.prism.gatech.edu/~gte671n/mymax.html

Found the problem
It turns out that the dirver side window control module is bad. I took it out and sprayed the switches with contact cleaner. Now the windows work, but the door lock, window lock, and quick down switches stopped. I'll just replace the whole thing with a used module. I found one for $75.00.
Thanks for all the input.

The same thing is happening to me. My drivers side window switches are messed up. The 2 rear and passenger windows will roll down but not up. I have to go around to each individual window switch to roll them up that way. I tried spraying CRC QD electronic spray and it didn't cure anything. I should be getting some new switches soon.
