Rough Low Idle Speed????

Rough Low Idle Speed????
94 6 cyl Maxima GXE
I have changed spark plugs, wires and rotor and that eased the vibration and rough idling but now the rough idleing has returned with a check engine light that stays on ... the car idles at around 75 rpm under the 1 and has a noticable vibration .... what might be happening what do I need to do? What is a normal idle speed?
Changing fuel injectors is a project over my head what is a reasonable price to get one if not all replaced at a shop and what type of shop????

first warm the car up and have all the accessories (a/c, radio, radiator fans, etc) offturn the screw thing on the ecu to the right (ecu is to left of passenger's feet behind black plastic cover), then go under the hood and adjust the screw on the IACV until you like the idle, then turn the screw on the ecu back to the left again. iacv is the cylindrical thing on the front-driver-side of the intake, sortof between the battery and the throttle body.

I know how to check the ecu but even with a clue i dont see this iacv

blue circle = iacv's idle adjustment screw
red x = throttle body and sortof off-frame near the green x is the battery, as i uesd earlier for reference points

1 maf
2 throttle body
3 iacv
4 entire plenum
....if all that is clean and there are no ecu codes and the check engine light dissapears then try adjusting idle
btw did u adjust timing when u changed plugs wires and the rotor?

if ur check engine light is on u need to do more than adjust idle i would suggest leaving it alone until u check the ecu codes first if no codes pop up (which probably wont happen) then clean the intake in this order
1 maf
2 throttle body
3 iacv
4 entire plenum
