Where is the transmission ground?

I had to replace my front oil seal, I had remembered taking off the transmission ground when doing it, but can't figure out where the wire or the spot is!

I think it was connected onto the transmission somewhere, and then connected to a bolt on the engine, but not entirely sure where.

The car has been shifting really hard and offbeat since, so I need to try to find it.

If anyone knows off hand that will cut down on searching through the car.. can't find it in the FSM either

Don't know what year your car is or if it even matters, but on my 1991 GXE: Remove driver side wheel to look in wheel well. Remove splash guard and on your left, there is a tab that sticks out from the trans about a half inch. Ground plug goes from this tab, to a screw in hole in inner fender wall, roughly directly behind the strut as you look inward.
