changed the fuel filter today

wasnt hard at all...two phillips head screws and slid off witha couple pulls...
fuel wasnt that dirty as i expected...
maybe it wasnt that old...but there was a clear difference in the filtered and unfiltered...basically filtered was not filtered lol...
over all it took bout 5-8 mins to change with just a screwdriver and a rag to clean up spilled gas...

How much does the filter cost? and can it reduce mpg if too old/clogged, reduce power etc?

I tore into my brothers G20 today.
now he has a radio surround and functional hazards. Still no dash/climate/shifter lights though.

yes it can reduce ur mpg noticeably plus it can reduce power at high rpm if it is very OLD/CLOGGED...it can also damage the engine slowly slowly if clogged by making the engine run lean...

I removed my fuel filter today prepping for a pending engine swap. I started painting the front valve cover and UIM also.

it was fubar when we got the car (2 years ago).
someone had stolen the radio (hence the destroyed surround), I was supposed to get it from MadMax024 but that got screwed up, so never got it until I bought this donor.
good thing it's not my car...
