Hey all,

I have about $250-300 to spend on a sub/amp/box and I was wondering if you guys could help me out. I want something that's decent quality and at the same time fits into my budget. If you can, let me know where to buy it for cheap too and where to install it. Thanks a lot.

 

i have a friend who is trying to sale 2 amp's and 1 speaker box
the amp's are MTX with 2 polk woofers i think he wants 800 4 everything but he might sell it in parts

 

Good luck. You're definetely gonna need to get used equipment for that price, and you're gonna have to get hooked up. You can find that good of a deal though. I got a real nice system for $300

 

I'm very seriously considering selling MY subs, since I'm upgrading from 10's to 12's. They're Soundstream Granite 10's. I don't have the specs right this minute, but I can get 'em for ya. That is, if you're interested. Will probably be posting in the 'for sale' forum shortly.

Well that's just it, the shipping would be a big problem with a truck box. I'm assuming a truck box is rather large and heavy right? I wouldn't have room for it in my car (already have 2 boxes in there.. hehe) but I would really like the subs (especially if they're SPL like you said.. those are some nice subs) and I could use a better amp. Let me know if ya can do that. I'll give ya $200+shipping for the subs and the amp.. or if that trading thing was directed towards me... I can trade you an Alpine CD changer and a Flowmaster muffler + a little cash if you want.

oh.. my bad... thought u were just lookin to spend that much for a box.... yea. if you spendin that much for subs/amp/box it will definitely be used... you gotta consider wiring for the car too as well

 

I've got a extra audiobahn AW150XS 15 that's new in the box never used. I bought 2 but don't have enough power for both. And since 1 was louder than my 2 JL 15W4 D2's, I don't need 2.
