Cause Of Wet Plugs?

My front 2 ann all rear 3 plugs are wet(oil) and i have replaced the valve cover gaskets just last year. Is it that i havent tighten them enough or my head gasket might be leaking? if my head gasket is leaking you think i can just pour let say a gasket sealer oil type in and would slow it down?
Thanks

Well, it means you fit the outer part of the gasket right but spark plug wells have their own parts of the gasket and it seems those are not fit properly or some cover bolts are loose.

I think head gaskets are completely irrelevant to this.
