Spotted: Turbo Maxima For Sale

Just thought Id post a turbo Maxima I found on CL a couple days ago. I think I remember this guy on here. I think his name was 240sx - something-or-other lol. Personally, I kinda think 5800 is a lil overpriced, but I dont really know how much a turbo 3rd gen sells for. I remember when he made a thread about it, and all that was wrong with it, but I also remember him mentioning he was gonna fix it all. To each his own I guess

This will probably get moved, but nice find. Yeah, that guy came on here in a fury of posting looking for CF hood and stuff. drifter240 or something like that.

He actually bought that car off a young couple that are/were members here but it had a bunch of piddly problems. I believe he bought it for pretty cheap and rather quickly fixed it all up rather easily and it's all a-okay now. From what I gather it looks to be a solid car, but I'm not so certain about the engine being actually rebuilt or not.

If he actually sells it for that price that should be a pretty nice profit for him..

Oh ok Yea i didnt know whether to put it here or the for sale. Yea thats the guy. I remember that.

Yea Thats what I was kind of iffy about. He also mentioned that the turbo may need rebuilt soon as well.

Yea most def a nice profit! Not downing the car or his work or anything, but ive seen plenty of cleaner forced induction, whether it be Nissan, VWs (ima VW guy as well lol), etc. cars out there for that price. But if it was cheaper id be all over it, seein how im like 3 hours away from him.
