wth??!!! climate control stays on?

wth??!!! climate control stays on?

ok im wondering why the hell does my clock, and climate control stay on along with my headunit when the key is not in the ignition at all??? any ideas forum guru's??? plus when i switch over my climate control to either windshield or rear defrost the heat still comes out of the front vents towards me with no heat or air coming out the the vents i put the slider bar onto for example i click on rear defrost but no heat comes out the vents in the back by rear windshield?

So I figured out why my clock and radio stayed on and my climate control because of a cross wire with my constant and ground but climate control slider still doesn't send heat or air to the specified vents. I'm going to work with it again after I get off work in the morning and thanks cadaver for the FSM link!
