Where is the fuse for the cig lighter located?

Where is the fuse for the cig lighter located?
I don't have the original manual, and my cig lighter haven't work for a while. Should be a blown fuse but I don't know if its in the fuse box under the steering wheel or under the hood.

Its in the fuse box under the dash panel, it should be like a 15amp fuse, mine was blue in color, and it kept blowing out for some reason, and since im not a smoker, I only used it to charge up my phone with it.
