that seems like a WAY high resistance somewhere in the fuel pump circuit

Fuel filter could be clogged if its not the pump.

If the filter isn't clogged though would a bad fuel pump blow fuses??

If it is keep blowing fuses then i wouldnt recommend putting a bigger fuse to keep it running. You wil blow something big if fuse doesnt blow up. Fuses r there to protect major things from blowing up. Address the problem by reading the fuel pump wiring diagram.

Tru that makes sense I'm gunna replace the filter first, and then see where the can be some resistance by reading the diagram

You also have to worry about starting a fire. I don't know what the wiring to the fuel pump looks like, but the fuel pump fuse is usually 20a right?

A clogged fuel filter wouldn't make the fuse blow.

I was just speculating, higher load on the pump = higher draw, but it might not work like that.

My fuel pump just went ahead and died on me at 153k miles. No warning. No fuses blowing. Just died... And left me stranded.

I found out the problem it was a short on the fuel pump sending unit and I took care of that no more blowing fuses, I also did the two front regulators just have rear brake line to do

Do you still have your car? I know a few months ago you were debating on selling it or keeping it.

they aren't anywhere near the car the 3rd gen is. They are however cheaper to buy than a VE.

gotta update my sig now.

You can always find an Infiniti J30 and take the projectors out of that. Someone made a thread where he retrofitted them in euro housings. Shouldnt be too expensive. But yea i understand, I too am a broke college student lol

it's cheaper to do the retro right (though still not technically legal) than buy some dam wheels.
