oh no dead max help guys help

Okay, my AC died because I have a leaky evaporative core so I changed it over this weekend. And because I'm living in AZ and it's getting toasty here. Genius me decided to do it! After I spent 12 hours taking the dash apart, I put them back, great! I can't get the car start:

1. I can't turn the key beyond 1.5 nods, weird.
2. The hood won't lock, I can close but it won't lock.
3. ECU threw no error.
4. After I unplugged the big low pressure metal pipe from evap core at the firewall, I can't it hooked back on. Does leaving that hose unplugged matter? I can't bend the pipe so I'd figured I'll wait to next weekend and change the compressor at the same time, that's the only way to get it very loosen. Right now, it's too tight to bend or do anything.

What should I do guys?

for the hood make sure the latch above your bumper is good and that the lever you pull to open the hood retracts all the way allowing the latch to go back.

It was a simple problem. Stupid me. When I put the dash back in, it jammed the ignition key lock so I wasn't able to turn it.
