Very nice car! It's got that clean and mild custom look to it.

What are those side marker lights off of? (I might do this someday, but some of them are too big.)

The marker lights are generic. I got them from a accessory shop in NY

Clear Corners

Other than the fact the clear corners don't have the orange reflector part, is there any other difference over stock? Are they better in any way or is it just hype?

with 18s, I would recommend going bigger than the Z brakes. Z brakes are the same diameter as stock- only thicker. Then you have to have a few mm milled off the rotors to make the kit bolt up anyway.

The fastbrakes kit is a bit more expensive, but uses a 12.75" (320mm) rotor. (you can put together the parts yourself for under $600)

but you can use just about any size rotor you want, and the calipers are $200-300/set depending on where you get them. then just make adaptor plates out of steel or aluminum, and you're done.

I like where the side markers are mounted. Perfect spot IMO. That is seriously a slick looking car. I definitely like the rims and the kit. Is that kit available for purchase or was it custom made?

Woah, waitaminute here, this FSTB fits on your VE DOHC car without bending or relocating or anything??

WHERE DID YOU GET IT? And how long ago? Price?

I'd really really appreciate some info, since both me and Randy (Lordrandall) took the plunge and experimented with bars that supposedly fit our VE cars with our own cash, only to find out they DON'T fit. The VE community is dying for a proper FSTB!

Are we sure it's a VE? I don't see a year listed anywhere, just jim90GXE saying he likes superblack VEs.

What year is your Max Strrrive?

I got mine from a place in Hempstead NY called Sreet Dreams. I bought it about three years ago. I will look for the store's number and maybe we could get a group deal on it. I will keep everyone posted.

Strrive, can you pleases give us more info on that body kit? I happen to live in Texas, where that place is that you mentioned. I was pretty much decided on the Wings West kit but, this one looks real smooth and discrete, yet awesome! Where did you get the kit from? How much is it? Sorry to ask so many questions but I am seriously interested in that kit!

I'm such an idiot! Right after I asked the question, it took me about 10 sec to find the MCK Plastics website. Unfortunately there are no pics but, here's the link if anyone is interested in that kit http://www.groundfx.com/GroundFX%20Apps.asp I just emailed to see how much it will cost. Hopefully, since it's ABS it should be much cheaper than all the other body kits available.

JCwhitney apparently sells the MCK produced Kobel kits for about $4-500.....as for the quality, well I've gotta say the 4th gen kit ISN'T anything special! -->
