Those flippin screws in the radio bracket

What is up with those flipping screws that hold the radio in the bracket?

One came out, although it was a total PIA.

The others, no way, and I even tried my snap-on extra long holds the torque in the shaft with the bit that bites like no other screwdriver and it would not come out.

Tried drilling them out, WTF, are they made of unobtainium or something!

Next attempt, if I decide to try it again, is to use the dremel and slot them, and try a flat head or a drift/hammer - tap tap tap.

Or- I guess I could try and buy new little brackets, they surely don't cost much, and just go from there.

There screws did come out of the cool little holder thing, thank goodness.

Any thoughts, words of wisdom, laughter?

Yeah those things are insanely tight from the factory. You need to use a #2 Philips to get them out, push down hard and twist. Anything lower than a #2 and you'll strip them.
