Sometimes a vague title can peek the interest of the forum surfer...tell me I didn't make you look.
Anyway I was being mischievous when I called the VG a downgrade...my kid brother got a VG auto and stock VG vs stock VE is a tight contest.
A 5 Gen bar is readily available on ebay, probably cheaper than the Otto...right?

Tight contest? Not even vg can't keep up with a ve.hands down stock vs stock ve wins it every time. What is it with people on the org being so **** retentive about people asking questions even if it's an old thread. Sorry for going off topic lmfao.
I got my VE5 then a ve auto parts car and then soon to be finding another TK3 VE5 to have two TK3 VE's. Even got my younger brother looking into getting a 3rd gen VE auto as he is sick of his over engineered POS Chrysler LHS. That continues to break down lmfao.

I have a set of almost new tires and wheels on my car (in the current sig) and I only drive like 1500 miles a year.
I posted them for sale a few times on CL, but haven't had much luck and I don't want to bother shipping them.
It's kind of low on my priority list. I just bought some tires for my FX35 and I have been looking for a set of winter tires for my 4x4. It has some 10 plies on it that are getting old and starting to harden, so the are going to be more useless in the snow.
Did you remove the OTTO sticker/decal or is that an OTTO knockoff?
My OTTO looks exactly like that except for the logo in the middle. I had to shave the underside of mine in a couple of spots though because with the NWP spacers the coil packs/wires hit the bar.
And yeah I've still got that grille.. let me know what you wanna trade for it

Man your car really looks like a friend of mines old VE5spd from back in the day who use to be on here. Then he sold it. But he had the exact same mods you had and even the same color.
Twalk to us Matt...let's put ur **** to work. I vision a real CAI going all the way out to the grille and if you make the rear brace you might as well make the front.

Also i have added mods he didn't have. Like a real cold air intake that goes into the driver fender. A Nismo 62 degrees celcius t-stat. CCFL Angel eyes on the already equipped e36's full ceramic reybestos front break pads. Polyurothane filled motor mounts. 4Th gen energy suspension control arm bushings. And alot of replacement of parts worn out torn or blown out.

The RSTB were over $100 IIRC, but I haven't seen him advertise/discuss selling them in quite a while.
To put a CAI to the grille might mean some serious cutting or moving of stuff.
Talking bout the black guy from Texas who sold it to a air force MP? Yes it was a Texas se long ago and it probably was his but alot of his so called mods where half **** done. I have repaired and replaced so much of it. Also i have the first owner of my TK3 on my space.

Matt doesn't own or make any of the parts for Blehmco. Sold it to someone in his family. Still has some rights though. He is going to refer you to Pam (who I need to get with about my brake lines). She is the one who handles sales. As for rstb Idk if they have any layiong around.
Yup the air force MP bought it over in Virginia while stationed over in va. He replaced motor and trans but the mechanic who did the work i think didn't know all he was doing as transmission rear mount and engine rear motor mount were both not mounted correctly plus had a blown out front motor mount.
ive been looking for a RSTB as well, someone on here was selling one a year ago but wouldnt ship to me and i havent seen any since

yup i have him on my friends list on my space. The maxima is still being nurtured back to health from the last owners not taking care of it. Even the stage two clutch your friend had put in was missing when i got the maxima and the clutch in the car blew out. Sucks now i have to later buy another stage two clutch and somehow find a fidenza flywheel.
