Let The Modding Begin

Today, I made my first mod. I made all my interior lights red. Yeah, I know, no big deal but its a start. I should be getting my clear corners anyday now, probably next year cuz of all the mail traffic. lol. I'll probably get a FSTB, and a K&N drop in filter pretty quick too. I'll post some pics of my lights if yall want.

lol. I'm trying to start small. Like for the lights, I didn't even change the bulbs, I just got a red translucent folder and cut out a square of it and stuck it in, and I got red bulbs.

that's has to be one of the best looking front ends i've seen. best bmw conversion, and the fogged corners go great with it and the grill too... good job!

No offense to Brandon (I like his car alot too), but Dirksmoothe has an even cleaner conversion on his car. That notorious little gap above the headlights is straaaaangely absent on his car....

I can send u a pic if you can't dig it up. (Posted a pic about a month or so ago)

BTW, I too SWORE I'd never mod my car! I figured a stock SE would be sufficiently sharper than my hoary old Accord that I could leave it stock..... Well here I am not 3 months later with a set of E36 lights in the mail, a war chest set aside for rims and tires, and lots of research into all kinds of bars for the suspension! It all started with this teeny tiny little kernel of thought one day, "Hmm, maybe the handling could use a little help..."

Another tragic victim of the "mod bug"

lol, I really do like your car. It looks like you got a lot of money into it, as well as time. I wish I could do that stuff but I'm only gonna be driving this for a about a year and a half, and then I either get my moms 97 or I'm gonna look for a 97-99 five speed
