when ever i set my E-brake it locks my rear tire up after i release the brake. last night it turned my rotor glowing red. any ideas on how to fix that.

The inner cable is corroded and doesn't move freely enough to release the E brake. You can try forcing some lube into the cable, through the ends, or just replace the e-brake cables. Do it before you toast your rear brakes.
